My Review :

Venpa is easily one of the best Malaysian Tamil movies that has been made in recent times. Venpa is effectively extraordinary compared to other Malaysian Tamil films that has been made as of late. I can most likely say that we have been envisioning for such a film for a very long time. Ideal execution of story, screenplay and heading by Kavi Nanthan and team. Venpa was initially a short film by Vadai Productions that was released on Youtube in 2017 and after that made into an feature film from that point following its ongoing release in 2019.

Because of the overwhelming response gotten by numerous individuals in the wake of watching the short film requesting for a part 2, they chose to go forward a step higher of making a feature film itself and I’d say it was an impressive move in fact. Great motion pictures unquestionably require extra investment of time, effort and exertion and the outcome is positively what Venpa is.

Every one of the characters acted so well conveying every one of their roles flawlessly. The cinematography was similarly amazing for each shot and there was a decent shutting for each scene, I for one personally cherished the progression of the story and furthermore how it keeps you connected with, anxious to know what will occur next. There was an ideal blend of love, comedy and sentiments mixed. The love element is strongly inserted in almost all the scenes. It’s the little things that make us fall in love, stay in love and remember our loved ones.

Credit must be given where its due and we have to speak about Varmman Elangkovan. Varmman is one extremely capable and talented music director. He has such a large amount of aspirations and an incredible music sense that he has placed in for this motion picture from the soundtracks to the background scores nailed to perfection, The BGM’s in this film is a gigantic addition to for the film as well. You cannot not fall in love with his work. It enables the audiences to associate with scene and feel at the opportune spot at the ideal time. Melodies like Thirumbi Paaradi and Oru Murai will lead our playlists for quite a long time. It sticks in your heart in a split second.

I would not have any desire to break much about the plot. It was a decent movie with a great message at the end. It is to be understood and not said out loud. Watch closely. This motion picture merits viewing and I genuinely need Malaysians to go watch this film and back up the Venpa team. They have worked superbly with this film and they must be valued and appreciated.

I can guarantee you that you would not be disappointed. If you are a sucker for love movies, Venpa is the movie to go for. Once again, Congratulations to the entire cast and crew of Venpa. I look forward for more great work by ya’ll. For such a movie given to us, I extend my gratitude. Thank you Venpa team !!
